A crew that builds on your lot works from lumber and puts the shed up where it stands, often in a day. It is the cheaper route and it fits sites a truck cannot reach.
A delivered building is made in a factory and set down finished. You pay more for heavier framing, a floor built to carry weight, paint done under cover and a real warranty — and you need a clear path wide enough for the truck.
