What we do, what we don't do, and who is responsible for what.

Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Frimtech Labs, Visseringlaan 23, 2288 ER Rijswijk, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under 42040319. "We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means whoever uses this site.

What we actually do

You answer five questions. We look for shed builders who serve the area around your ZIP code and who meet our rating standard. We pass your request to no more than two of them, and they contact you directly.

That is the whole service. We do not quote, build, deliver, install, finance or inspect anything.

What "rated 4.5 stars across 20 reviews or more" means

We only pass requests to builders who, at the time we checked, held an average public rating of at least 4.5 out of 5 across at least twenty reviews. We use publicly visible ratings, and we re-check them periodically.

Being honest about the limits of that: a public rating is a summary of other people's experiences, not a guarantee about yours. Ratings move. A builder can have an excellent record and still do a poor job on your project. We are telling you what we checked and when — we are not underwriting the work. Get the quote in writing, and read it.

Prices shown on this site

Any price range on this site is an orientation, not an offer, and not a quote. Real prices depend on size, materials, finish, site access, permits and how busy the builder is. Only the builder's written quote is binding, and only on them.

Your side of it

• Give us information that is true, and that is yours to give. Don't submit someone else's details.
• Only ask for quotes for a building you actually intend to have built, on property you own or control.
• Don't use this site to collect builder contact details for marketing, to scrape it, or to interfere with how it runs.

If you do any of that, we may stop passing on your requests. That is the extent of it.

What we are not responsible for

We are an introduction, and the law should hold us to what we actually do. So, to the extent the law allows:

• We are not a party to any agreement between you and a builder, and we are not liable for the work, the price, the timing, the materials, or anything a builder says or promises.
• We do not guarantee that a builder will contact you, that they will quote, or that any quote will suit you.
• We do not guarantee that this site is available without interruption or free of error.

Where we are liable to you despite the above, our liability is limited to what you paid us, which is nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Permits and rules where you live

Whether your shed needs a permit, how close it may sit to a boundary, and what your HOA allows are matters between you, your municipality and your association. Builders quoting you deal with this regularly and will usually advise, but the responsibility is yours.

Complaints

A complaint about the shed goes to the builder who built it. A complaint about us — including if you were contacted by more than two builders — goes to gabrielfrimpong2624@gmail.com, and we will answer it.

Your information

Covered separately and in plain language in our Privacy Policy, including the fact that builders pay us for the introduction and how to opt out of that.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version on this page when you submit a request is the one that applies to that request.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes go to the competent court in The Hague, The Netherlands. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the place where you live, nor your right to bring a claim in your local courts where that law gives you one.
